The longevity medicine space is growing faster than the infrastructure around it. Patients are making important health decisions with incomplete information, and clinics are operating in a market with no central hub. BiohackDir exists to close that gap.

Each listing shows services, pricing model, hours, and a direct booking link. Verified clinics have confirmed their details. Partner clinics have been editorially reviewed.

We don't intermediate bookings. Every listing links directly to the clinic's own booking system — Calendly, Jane App, or their own website. No middleman, no fees.

Editorial standards

No pay-to-play in search rankings.

The order clinics appear in search results is based on their verification status and relevance to the search — not on how much they pay us. A Partner listing appears above a Verified listing because it has been editorially reviewed and confirmed, not because they paid more to rank higher.

This is the core editorial promise we make to patients. If we broke it, the directory would be worthless to the people using it.

Verification is real
We cross-check every claimed listing against public records before activating it. Fake or fraudulent listings are removed.
Search ranking is earned
Verified and Partner listings rank above unverified ones because they have more complete information — not because of payment order.
Content is independently maintained
Clinic descriptions are written by BiohackDir, not by the clinics themselves. We don't publish unedited clinic marketing copy as objective information.
Medical accuracy matters
Treatment descriptions are factual and evidence-referenced. We do not publish unsubstantiated health claims regardless of what a clinic asks us to include.
