BiohackDir is an online directory of biohacking and longevity clinics located in California. We provide a platform for patients to find clinics and for clinic owners to promote their services. BiohackDir is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Clinic listings on BiohackDir may be created from publicly available information without the clinic's direct involvement. These unverified listings display limited information. If you are a clinic owner and wish to update, correct, or remove your listing, contact us at legal@biohackdir.com. We will process removal requests within 14 business days.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy, we do not guarantee that any listing information including addresses, phone numbers, hours, or services is current or correct. Always verify information directly with the clinic before booking an appointment or making any decision based on directory information.
Clinic owners may claim their listing by submitting a claim request. By claiming a listing you represent that you are an authorized representative of that clinic and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify claims and reject or revoke listings that violate these terms.
BiohackDir offers paid subscription plans for clinic owners:
Subscription features are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with notice as described in section 4.5.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. By subscribing you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at legal@biohackdir.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your listing reverts to the free unverified tier and paid features are removed.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days written notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use of paid features after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel before the new rates take effect.

BiohackDir is not responsible for any transactions, appointments, disputes, or interactions between patients and clinics that occur through or as a result of our directory.
BiohackDir is an informational directory only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nothing on this website should be construed as medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
The treatments, services, and clinics listed on BiohackDir have not been evaluated or endorsed by BiohackDir. The inclusion of a clinic in our directory is not a recommendation of that clinic, its practitioners, or its treatments. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new treatment or therapy.
Biohacking and longevity treatments vary widely in their evidence base, regulatory status, and clinical application. Some treatments described on this site may not be approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the purposes described. Patients should conduct independent research and exercise independent judgment.
BiohackDir is not liable for any health outcomes, injuries, adverse effects, or damages resulting from treatments received at clinics listed in our directory.
The BiohackDir name, logo, website design, written content, treatment descriptions, and directory structure are owned by BiohackDir and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission.
When you submit content to BiohackDir including clinic descriptions, images, or other materials, you grant BiohackDir a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our website and in promotional materials related to the directory.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about BiohackDir, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
We do not warrant that:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of BiohackDir shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BiohackDir and its operators, officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

The content of clinic descriptions on paid listings is reviewed and in some cases written by BiohackDir, but the information is provided by and represents the clinic. BiohackDir does not independently verify all claims made by clinics in their listings.
BiohackDir does not accept payment to feature specific treatments or therapies as more effective than others in our editorial content. Treatment guide pages are written independently of paid clinic relationships.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any listing, account, or access to BiohackDir at any time, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination for cause, paid listings will revert to unverified status. We are not obligated to refund any remaining subscription period in cases of termination for cause. Upon termination, your right to use BiohackDir ceases immediately, though provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of BiohackDir will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Contact us at legal@biohackdir.com to initiate a dispute resolution process. We will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules or Commercial Arbitration Rules as applicable. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND BIOHACKDIR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Further, unless both you and BiohackDir agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the arbitration agreement in Section 13 shall be null and void.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 13, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in California and any objection that California is an inconvenient or improper forum.
If you are accessing BiohackDir from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your access and use of the directory.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BiohackDir regarding your use of the directory and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the subject matter hereof.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of BiohackDir.
BiohackDir shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, cyberattacks, internet outages, hosting provider failures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such events we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as practicable.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without restriction.
BiohackDir is committed to making our website accessible to users with disabilities. We strive to comply with applicable accessibility standards. If you experience an accessibility barrier on our website, please contact us at legal@biohackdir.com and we will work to address it.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and post the revised terms at this URL.
For significant changes — including changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. What constitutes a significant change is determined at our reasonable discretion.
Continued use of BiohackDir after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue use and cancel any active subscription before the changes take effect.
